I know I should be very happy about the snow today...and I really am. We need it here in California after a few years of drought. I will just have to be patient for my photo shoot. I have a few new shop items to post. I like to shoot outdoors because the lighting is so much better. It's amazing though, after Easter dinner yesterday we took a nice walk along the river and the ground was completely dry. Then today as it happens here in the mountains we received quite a few inches of snow. Beautiful spring weather and spring skiing. Here are a few of my most recent medicine bags.
My husband and I took an inspiring trip to Montana and Idaho. I stopped by Bathing Beauties Beads in Missoula, Montana and Moccasin Flats Trading Post in Lapwai, Idaho. There are so many talented artists out there. Yes, I picked up a few beads. On the way home we stopped and bought huckleberry jam along the river. And guess what...they had agates for sale. So my goal this month will be to focus. I have so many things I want to make from bass bow quivers to seed bead earrings. So I'll get back to my passion and I hope you have a Happy St. Patrick's Day!
